Easy patient app rollout

Got the Patient Engagement App for our clinics. Honestly, it was pretty easy to get going. Patients picked it up fast for appointment scheduling. Happy with how it turned out.

Smooth implementation, good support

We recently implemented the MyHealthcare Ecosystem, integrating their Hospital Information Management System and Patient Engagement App. The ordering process was straightforward after our initial consultation, and the project manager kept us updated on delivery milestones. Installation took about two months for full integration with our existing systems, which was within the estimated timeline. Technical support during the setup phase was responsive, usually getting back to us within a few hours for minor issues. The platform itself is robust, and our staff found the Patient Portal fairly intuitive after initial training. We did have a small hiccup with a few custom reports, but support resolved it quickly.

Reliable platform

We've used MyHealthcare for a few years now for our Digital Health Platform. This latest upgrade to the Telemedicine Solutions was smooth, just like past implementations. Consistency is key for us, and they deliver.

Good value, some training needed

Our practice adopted MyHealthcare's Electronic Medical Records system last quarter. The overall value for the features provided seems good, especially compared to other platforms we looked at. Delivery of the software and initial setup was on schedule. Customer service was helpful with our initial configuration questions, though sometimes it took a full day to hear back. The EMR itself is quite comprehensive. My only minor critique would be that the initial user interface felt a bit cluttered for some of our less tech-savvy staff, requiring a bit more training than we anticipated to get everyone up to speed. Once they got the hang of it, though, efficiency improved.

Does MyHealthcare have any promo codes or coupon deals I should look out for before we commit? Or is it all just direct negotiation?

T Tara Hughes 1 month ago
Nah, no promo codes. This isn't that kind of product. It's all custom pricing based on your needs and contract size.

Yeah, don't waste your time looking for coupon codes. They don't do public ones. Any 'deals' will come from direct discussions with their sales team, maybe as part of an annual subscription or a pilot program specific to your institution.

How long does it typically take to get MyHealthcare set up and fully integrated with existing EMRs? We have a pretty old system and are worried about a long, disruptive implementation.

B Brett 4 weeks ago
It definitely depends on how complex your current system is and how many modules you're implementing. Ours wasn't super quick, but they have dedicated teams for integration. We got a timeline estimate after the initial assessment.

It's not an overnight thing, that's for sure. They have a whole process for it, including data migration and training. They're pretty thorough though, which is good for avoiding issues later. Ask for a detailed implementation plan specific to your setup during the sales process.

We're a smaller, non-profit hospital. Wondering if MyHealthcare offers any special pricing or discounts for organizations like ours? Budgets are always tight.

D Dana 1 month ago
I heard they do negotiate, especially for bigger contracts or multi-year stuff. For non-profits, I think it's worth asking for sure. They probably have different tiers.

They don't really do standard discounts like a retail store. It's all custom pricing. You'd have to talk directly to their sales team and see what they can work out for a non-profit. They often do specific programs.

Hey guys, thinking about checking out MyHealthcare for our clinic. Anyone know if they do any kind of free trial or pilot program, or do you just jump straight into a full contract?

J James D. 1 month ago
Nah, I don't think they do a free trial like a consumer app. We got a free demo first to see how it worked for our specific setup, which was pretty useful. Then it was a negotiation for a pilot.

Yeah, I second that. They're more about enterprise stuff, so it's usually a demo and then you talk pricing and options for a pilot or annual subscription, depending on what you need. No public free trials afaik.

Curious if anyone has experience with MyHealthcare vs. Practo or Apollo 247? What are the main differences, especially for a hospital system looking for an all-in-one solution?

A Anna Romero 1 month ago
MyHealthcare feels more like a deep, integrated hospital system than Practo, which I see more for individual clinics or doctor searches. MyHealthcare is built for the whole hospital workflow.

Yeah, comparing them is a bit apples and oranges depending on what you need. Practo and Apollo have more of a direct patient-facing app focus, while MyHealthcare is definitely B2B, building the entire backend for a hospital from EMRs to analytics. It's way more comprehensive for system-level management.
